Helping estate agents improve market appraisal client journeys

Acaboom

The Acaboom application allows you to communicate more effectively with your clients and audiences by presenting key selling messages in conjunction with client and market intelligence. It gives you a snapshot of your clients' social media accounts so you can establish rapport quickly. You can also include client-specific pre- and post-appointment presentations, as well as comparable properties with local market performance graphs, to help you sell your film over a competitor. The app enables you to follow up with clients on a regular basis, as it sends them notifications whenever they view a presentation they've sent. This way, you'll know the best times to follow up and keep your clients informed about recent changes in the market (such as price changes or the status of similar properties).
